Although we are called sell my terraced we will in fact buy any type of property.

No, we will buy landlord property and any type of commercial too

Do I need HIPs?

No, this is a private sale so no HIPs report has to be produced to us before, during or after the sale

Is there a survey or valuation charge?

We have our own valuers and surveyors working in house and even if you decide not to take us up on our offer there is no charge for our internal valuation and survey.

Do I need a solicitor?

A solicitor is needed to complete the sale, however you can use our legal department totally free of charge, or use your own. We will cover the cost of using your own solicitor. This may slow down the sale.

Do I get full market value?

We take into account that the sale process costs you nothing with no estate agent fees to pay out also, for which we adjust the price accordingly in our 'trade' or 'quick sale' offer.

How soon do I need to move out?

When you accept our offer the sale is completed immediately. At this point we agree with you a move out date, however, you can use sell and rent back short term.

Do I have a cooling off period in case I change my mind?

We do give you a thirty day cooling off period.

How quickly do I receive my money?

Your funds are electronically sent to your nominated bank account within twenty four hours.

If interested in sell and rent, how long can I rent for?

Sell and rent is flexible, you can rent back for one week or for ever.

Can I buy back my home?

Provisions can be made for you to buy your home at full market value.
